Age: Unknown, just really really young, and I mean REALLY young.
Time Period:After the mini movie "Pikachu and Pichu"
Wing Color: Yellow with black zig-zag patterns.

Personality:
Wow, not much to say.
First thing you want to know is that he is very naughty, so mischievous he doesn't care for the consequences and he is the more mischievous of the two brothers. But in spite of this, he scares and cries easily too.
He is overly curious and reckless, a winning combination for trouble.
He can use electricity, but doing so can result in harming himself, as he doesn't know how to fully control his power.
Strengths:
Physical:
He can use electricity to shock his opponents, obviously. He is also very quick and nimble, being able to run very quickly past many things, even a bus.
If he joins power with enough of his species, they can build enough power to even create a thunderstorm.
Mental:
He is adventurous, won't rest til he has explored every patch of land (not really... not EVERY patch of land...)
He is also very friendly, reacting warmly to anyone (execept those who hurt him; the only response THEY get are electric shocks). He naturally likes anyone of his species.

Even though he can use electricity, he cannot control it well; sometimes he can only create a small, harmless spark, other times the electricity he generates is so great that he shocks and harms himself instead. As he is so small and light, he can also be easily flung around.
